If you need help with TOUR32
We offer 3 different ways of support:
1. You give us a call (phone: +49-5532-90190) and start this support link:
Inquiero Session (for Windows98 .. XP): Start support
Inquiero Session (for Windows Vista and 7): Start support
The link leads to a program of our remote maintenance software Inquiero. You will have to start the program (or save it first and then start) and will then be asked to enter a session code which we will give you on the phone. We will then establish a connection to your computer, so we can see and analyze the problem directly with you on your screen and possibly solve the problem immediately or show you how to handle it by yourself.
2. You contact us directly with Inquiero by clicking on one of the images:
